The product i received still had a manufacturing defect. However, I am updating my review because the seller was very professional and promptly answered/solved my issue quickly. This item is backed by a very solid seller! Thank you -------------------------------------------------------- This rack is 2star at best. Why? 1) no instructions provide. Just a small paper that shows accessories include AND how to strap a board. Even then the photos are unclear and tiny. 2) the brackets have OVERSIZED square openings which is much larger than the square bolts so it doesn’t catch the bolt to allow proper tightening. I had to use a screw drive to wedge the bolt so I could tighten it. ... show more

Super easy to assemble. They could come apart depending on how they are used. I have four of these tucked inside individual cubbies in our mudroom. I can comfortably fit a few pairs of shoes above the shelf and a few pairs below. Works great for our needs.
