Opened the box, this was the condition of the instructions. My experience only went down hill from there as parts were missing. Perhaps I received someone’s returned item that wasn’t properly repacked/inspected for missing parts.

Super easy to assemble. They could come apart depending on how they are used. I have four of these tucked inside individual cubbies in our mudroom. I can comfortably fit a few pairs of shoes above the shelf and a few pairs below. Works great for our needs.
