I put this tint on over 40 windows in my house. It was a huge project and I had never worked with tint before. Let me say that this stuff is perfect for DIY house tint. I read a ton of reviews that said it doesn't stick or it makes my windows hotter than without the tint. First off the tint has a clear backer. You have to remove it and then install it to the window. This stuff is really sticky so make sure you're using enough water/soap behind it to get it just right. Second off of course its going to temp hotter than the clear glass that lets all the heat into your house. It's reflecting the uv and heat back outside. It's going to retain some heat but I will say that it has made a very noticible difference in the temperature inside my house. This will save me a lot of money on cooling over time. I loved it, I really have no experience installing this, well it was my first time working with this. I only used a couple of spatula I must say I had to waste a few feet of paper, but it was just a test. I really recommend it, it works very well.

Looks good and went on well. Only thing is for others to know is that the tint on the inside has a slight brownish appearance. No issue with me but just letting it be known. Heat reduction is a big plus. Only did front windows with the 35% as of now. Will update in future when I do the back windows and rear glass. Happy so far ... show more

I've tinted approx. 7 cars in my life so I'm an amateur. I feel like I've gotten better results in worse situations. If you can manage to tint your car in an ideal environment and you have some experience, you might be fine. But one slip up or wind blowing the slightest bit and you'll be re-cutting a window. Very poor quality, it is very difficult to shrink, the film doesn’t stick at all. Very easy to break. It requires a huge amount of soap and water for the film not to break. Very disappointed

I ordered a few rolls of this film (different shades and sizes) to practice with and I’m quite pleased with it. My background is everything automotive on an extremely high exotic car level, but I just started getting into tinting for the purpose of mastering it to train employees. This stuff does the job and does it well. Easy to use, inexpensive to train with, and actually looks damn good on vehicles. When I get to the confidence I need to be at I’ll upgrade my orders to Avery, 3M, or Stek, but that stuff is x3-5 times more expensive, so for now I’ll stick to this Korean stuff. I’m extremely happy with it and will be using it on my 24’ Mini Countryman Sport too! ... show more
