Searching for a blush comforter I ended up with two other comforters from other stores that I didn’t like. I returned both and immediately got this one. It was 1/4th the cost and way better! It’s super soft and the color was exactly what I had been looking for. It’s a bit more pink than the pictures I posted show but it’s a beautiful light rose color. Color: Beige Size: Queen
after having used a down comforter for serval years, I thought I would try something lighter and less imposing. The warmer months are approaching, and although the down comforter I have can be used in those warmer months, I wanted something not only less warm, but softer. Upon viewing the photos, it appeared as though this comforter would satisfy, and with the included matching shams, I took the plunge. Perhaps my perspective is affected by the contrasting qualities of the down comforter, but this comforter felt extremely light, and extremely comfortable. The material is not exactly silky, nor does it feel like the warmth of cotton, it threads the needle of both. I like that. It's smooth enough to maneuver when making the bed, but it's warm and cozy enough to be called a "comfort"er. The stuffing is very voluminous (after washing) and warm, but extremely light. And so is the exterior material. The thin outer material doesn't weight down the stuffing, so it allows the stuffing to expand. As we know, air is a great insulator, so although the comforter feels very light and airy, it's actually quite warm. This is the best part of the comforter, it's calling card, the reason the manufacturers designed it, and the reason I look forward to using it every night. As mentioned, the exterior material is thin, and it does wrinkle quite easily. If you are someone that religiously makes your bed and prefers a crisp, wrinkle free bedspread, this might be deal breaker. The color I chose was a beige color. The accompanying photos indicate that the color tone can appear different depending on the lighting conditions, but I just found it be...beige. I wish it came in a cream or white, as I personally find those colors to be crisp and clean, which I particularly like to emphasize in the bathroom or bedroom. Also, the stitching doesn't appear to be carefully sewn, nor is it the strongest of materials. One stitch started pulling away a little already, but that is common with comforters in this price range. I do wish the stitching was more frequent throughout the comforter, both from a visual, and functional perspective. More frequent stitching I think would effectively hold the stuffing in place and prevent it from shifting inside the comforter over time. And visually, it does look a little sparse, but that could be the designer's intent. So why do I rate this comforter 4 stars, despite my listed caveats? Because it's just so hard to ignore how light, warm and comfortable it is. It excels at that, and nearly ranked as a five star product for that alone.     • Lightweight, Washes Up Most Successfully!

The subtle softness of this cationic dyeing fabric was evident with the first handling of this lightweight comforter. I've chosen the taupe color in queen size, and it is very attractive. Honestly, I was really impressed with the feel of the comforter considering the pricing. This made me very curious as to what "cationic fabric" really is. Cationic fabric is a type of textile that is created by dyeing the yarn with two different colors. One color is positively charged, while the other is negatively charged. These two colors are then blended together, resulting in a fabric with a subtle heathered effect. From my understanding, this process enhances the durability of the fabric. And don't we all look for that as a positive feature? On the first machine wash in cold water, on the gentle cycle, then tumble dried, removing immediately. It was such a delight to see, it retained the mellow color and all its softness, and it shaped up to be quite fluffy! It feels so nice, I almost want to use it without the top sheet, but of course, I won't be doing that! The set is made up of the comforter and 2 shams. The taupe color I selected, is going to allow me to use an assortment of different colors in combination with it, to have a few different looks. Like the phrase goes, "You don't know until you try!" With the positive benefits I find in this comforter, I'll be packing my other two comforters in vacuum bags and enjoy this one for a while! ... show more

    • Great Comforter and Shams Set
Color: Sage Green Size: Queen
This comforter is very nice and very warm. The color (sage green) looked kind of light blue when I first saw it, but when I took it into different light it definitely was a light green. The color actually seems to change depending upon the light and even the angle of view. My wife really loved the color when she first saw it. The cover material is very soft and strategically sewn to keep the insulating material in place. All of the seams appear to be well-done and I didn't notice any loose threads on either the comforter or the shams. I also did not notice any foul or strange odors with this product as has been noted in various other types of bedding reviews I have read in the past. The comforter and shams arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. When removed from the bag, the comforter immediately began to expand but was still very flat. I let the comforter sit for a day, then washed and dried it. After drying, the comforter was much more full. Now that the comforter has been on the bed for a couple of days, it has filled out even more and I think it has gotten ad full as it is going to get. It appears to be of mid-weight, but my wife says that it is very warm to her. All in all, this appears to be a great comforter set. From what I have seen and experienced so far, I would definitely recommend it. ... show more
