When I opened the box I discovered that the 2 body boards that were supposed to be included were not in there. I emailed the company directly and received a response back the same day (a Sunday). The water sprinkler in the middle of the slide is the perfect solution to keeping slide wet and not the surrounding area. The kids love the little pool at the end. Very happy with this slide! Update: Kids have used this slide several times now. 3 different seams split, including the seam the water comes in. It no longer holds air and we have patched many places.
