Bought both sizes in bright white last & installed them late in 2024 & have yet to recharge them in late March 2025 & they are STILL bright. Best part is the magnets allow you to pop them into place in places like pantries, under the sink cabinets, hall coat & linen closets with ease. There is a metal strip under sheet rock that holds them in place without them falling. They would fall if you bumped them, but I've yet to have that happen since I put them at the tops as you open the door or cabinet. The one under the sink sits back a little so it doesn't always open with just the motion of the door, but once you start to reach in it turns on immediately. They have been a sight & power saver, especially considering I open each of the doors at least daily & for 2 many times a day. I prefer the 14.7 inch, but bought both types during a lightning deal last Oct. They are cheaper now on the spring deals, so I am buying 2 more packs of 14.7 inch for under cabinets. Best product for lightening & brightening my home & I wouldn't be without them ever again! The light goes off in 20-30 seconds without fail - if using the "auto" setting which I highly recommend. There is a slide button to keep them on - which I will be using since I have an under-the-sink project to do. No more positioning flashlights to see all the way to the back (my under the sink area is very deep). They are very responsive. I often pull something from the pantry & leave the door open to put something back. If the light goes off in between, you cannot even get your hand into the pantry before the light is back on again. They are awesome! Each pack includes the USB cord for re-charging plus a couple options for mounting them. Under other cabinets I will opt for strip magnets with tape on one side so I won't be drilling any holes. I haven't used them under cabinets yet, but look forward to receiving the new ones in a day or two. And yes, you can easily move them around, or get a pack of the other size and really boost the lighting by putting 2 over a door or under the sink. Arrived on time, packaged well. It’s a 2 pack and they ship with two mounting options, a metal plate, that has a sticky backing or a set of screws to hold the plate. There is an off position, on position and movement option. There is light is plenty sufficient for stair risers and under counter. It’s a low, white light that illuminates (where I put them, stair riser and under kitchen cabinet) about a 2 foot area. I consider them to be a great addition to my home for a reasonable price. This was another very satisfying purchase. I was initially skeptical, but these lights turned out to be a fantastic buy that I now use daily. I placed one of the lights on my desk, and it’s been incredibly helpful for providing extra illumination. The motion sensor is a great feature – I leave it on automatic mode at night, and it turns on whenever I walk by. However, it does consume more battery in automatic mode. I haven’t used the dimming feature much because I keep it at the highest brightness level, which makes me think it could be even brighter to make the lower settings more useful. The lights are very compact and easy to install in various places. I love that they come with a magnetic adhesive for quick and easy placement. One tip: I recommend using both magnets for installation, as one magnet alone isn’t strong enough to fully support the light’s weight. Another plus is the USB-C charging port, which makes recharging the lights super convenient when the battery runs low. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and will likely buy them again in the future ... show more

Our old house had two LED strips that plugged into outlets so we would flip two switches to turn them on in the evening and shut them off at night. But the strip would not work in the new house because the cabinets are different heights and depths. I paid $12 for each rechargeable light so $24 per two pack. I bought just 2 lights to make sure we liked them then ordered 10 more. We have used them for a month and like them; brightness is good; very easy to install; some reviews complained about the mount falling off but not an issue (maybe they did not put them on correctly); i set one light to max brightness and it lasted 10 hours; yes it's a pain to turn on 12 switches every evening but that only takes 30 seconds; we end up charging 3-4 lights each day so I bought a "MaxLax USB Charger Station,10-Port 50W/10A" for $12 so there's enough ports to also charge two phones and other gadgets. Install: Cabinets are wood but rather than use the screws to mount the plates I stuck the sticky side of the plates to the wood. After you remove the plastic from the two mounts, put the mounts on the back of the light (light is held to mounts by a magnet) with the sticky side up. Then get the light in place under the cabinet and push up on the whole thing- light with mounts attached, and the mounts will stick. Do not try to attach mounts without the light because it's impossible to line them up correctly. I wanted each light two inches from the front edge of the cabinet so every time I stuck my hand under there the switch would be in the same place. I taped a 2 inch scrap of wood under the cabinet and mounted the light right next to it- that also kept the lights straight. After the first light I did not even bother with the tape- I just held the block in place then smushed the mounts to the cabinet. After they are charged, I put them back under the cabinet with the switch always on the right side so i do not have to guess which end to look for the switch on. Specs: Lights are 10 inches long and 8 inches of that is the LEDs. They have a low profile so you do not see them under the cabinet. When we found we had to charge the lights every few days (we were hoping for once a week) I looked into the 1800 mAh spec which is some measure of the battery, and I found similar lights with up to 5,000 mAh. But they had the exact same "lasts up to 8 hours on max brightness." I think because they had more LEDs or put out more light- the battery was better but it did not extend the max time before needing a charge. I finally found a light about the same size with a 4,200 mAh battery that lasts 20 hours but it's $20. So the drawbacks are turning on and off so many switchs and having to charge them. But it only took a couple minutes to install one light- I installed all 12 in less than an hour. I guess I could have bought one 20 inch light for the bigger cabinets and had three less switches, but these were a good price. These would be perfect for use in a pantry, closet, over the utility sink in the laundry room- not really bright enough to put over a workbench, but if you set them to auto, every time you open the pantry door or use the sink in the laundry room you can see what you're doing. And with the light on auto it should only need to be charged once or twice a month. ... show more
