I found these to be waterproof as advertised. I did a lot of watersports and snorkeling with them and they kept my phone bone dry. I was hoping these would enable me to use my phone as an underwater camera, but it doesn't quite work that way. Photos taken through the sleeve tend to be foggy and washed-out above water and blurry underwater. When inside these bags, the touch screen worked great when dry, not so great when wet (just like an unprotected screen), and hardly at all underwater. Just keep your expectations reasonable and if you want to do underwater photography get a product made for that purpose. ... show more

I purchased these pouches for a trip to Hawaii to hold phones during beach and pool visits as well as taking into water to take pictures. I did not open my package until we arrived. When we opened the package there were no straps to attach to the pouches. We did not take into the water with fear of device falling out of our hand and floating away. This made the product not usable for the main purpose of purchase. We did test out the products: touch screen worked; face recognition did not but that can be related to sun exposure and sunglasses; My iphone 12 pro fit with its case on; testing for water leakage there was none but did not take into the ocean; taking pictures more difficult. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought these and did the water test for 30 minutes with a paper towel and there was no leaking into the cases. We took these on our cruise. I wanted them for when we swam with the stingrays in the Grand Cayman. They worked perfectly. I thought the underwater videos turned out fabulous, as good as our GoPro. It was very easy to take photos through the screen, but a tip, if you are going to take underwater videos, make sure to hit record BEFORE you put the case underwater, then turn the video off AFTER you bring it up out of the water. I read these tips before we went so I did not have any issues using the cases. They are also great for storing other items you don't want to get wet as well. ... show more
