The phone will not turn on or charge. After trying to contact the manufacturer and no reply we will not but this brand again. Worked good for 3 months then started to not turn on without a process of pushing buttons, (power and down volume for 30 seconds) there is no damage to the phone other than a few scratches from wear..says there is a 12 month warranty but the manufacturer website seems to be for promotion only. Can't click on links and there is no one to contact. It's an unfortunate waste of money. ... show more

Lost my expensive samsung phone so looked for an inexpensive phone to be able to use in its place. It connected with my AT&T service no problem. Great screen size and works as good as my S21FE did. Better than expected

    • Nice basic entry level phone
The phone runs on Android Go which is a trimmed down version of regular Android. You can do most of the same functions as regular Android but the the interface is just a bit different. So far I've had no issues with the apps I normally use. The screen is sharp and large. Camera functions are pretty limited and edit functions are just basic lighting fixes and cropping functions. I installed a Boost SIM card and did the required APN settings and got it going in no time. Wifi, hotspot....all good. The phone came with a screen protector and a case already installed which was very nice. Update...after using it for a few months I find it somewhat annoying when pages don't load and scrolling has lag and overall just slower. You'll have to practice patience if you're used to the full Android OS. ... show more

I bought this for a gift, bought a 2 year Amazon Asurion warranty. Charge port not working during first year, told by Amazon Asurion and Amazon it can be replaced under 1 st warranty. Given China email contacts, 4 emails, ZERO REPONSE. I am a Prime customer, Prime CC Card holder, and Amazon agent indicates cannot replace no longer carry the phone nor will Amazon refund. UNACCEPTABLE ... show more
