Thankfully I saw another review warn about the manufacturer holes not being level. So I used some painters tape across the back of it (leveled), then marked the actual hole placement, then slapped it up on the wall where I wanted it and drilled through the tape marks. Easier than trying to measure the difference in hole height. I meant to remember which drill bit I used for the included drywall hooks, I didn't, sorry. It was either the 3/16 or the 13/64 bit. If in doubt start small, work your way up in bit size. It should be tight fit so the hook has material to grab. Gently hammer tap in the hooks so as to not bend and destroy them. There was a little try and retry of getting the screws sticking out just enough to catch on the holes and fit secure to the wall. There's a bit of wood on the edge that wants to pop out. Seems a sort of cap for internal hardware. Easy enough mini patch later. All in all, I'm happy with it. ... show more

Tiny laundry room here, and the bedroom becomes a crazy forest of damp "stuff", hanging from every cabinet knob to blocking open doorways. Don't laugh, you know EXACTLY what I'm talking about if you have a small house or apartment, hehe. The only space we had is behind the 2 doors that open toward each other in the laundry. Never thought I'd find something that fit tight enough to the wall but these did the trick! If you have standard spiral door stoppers on your baseboards, the third picture shows that even with the hooks folded completely outward, the door doesn't touch them. TOTAL win! Spaced far enough top to bottom (measure your "stuff" first) you'll probably fit 2 with room to still reach the uppers easily. When the smaller items aren't taking up space, pants, shirts, etc occupy them. Install was easy, just make sure you're getting it level. Happy Organizing! Your bedroom will thank you 😊 ... show more

We did the gray and pewter. It arrived in good condition. My son got it up on the wall in about three minutes. It was not difficult to install - I was prepared for it to be hard based on the reviews but it was absolutely not a big deal.
