I installed these on plaster walls which was a challenge in itself. It's a good standard coat rack, I like that you can get different sizes, alot smaller than in the photo but still works just fine and none of the hooks have failed at all. Very sturdy weld on them I can hang even heavy Carhartt coats on here and it doesn't budge, one thing to note is that the screws are extremely cheap, I must have stripped about 4 of them and I wasn't even being aggressive with the screws at all because I had predrilled holes for the screws! And the screw caps they included to hide the screws, the paint was chipped off on mostly all of them, so I just kind of had to pick the best of the bunch which wasn't great.. I mean its fine, it serves its purpose for me. If you are looking for a modern piece for your entry or bedroom and not want to spend a bunch of money, get these but just a fair warning that the screws are cheap and the caps might need a touch up of black paint ... show more

I was skeptical about these hooks but they turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Firstly, they are on the small side but that turned out to be perfect for our entry as it is narrow. Larger hooks would have stuck out too far into the walkway. The hooks are more than large enough to hold backpacks and coats. Secondly, they aren't wide enough to screw into studs and I was nervous they wouldn't be secure enough. They actually are very secure (I will update this review if I find differently after a while). If you haven't used plastic screw anchors before I'm sure you can get a quick tutorial on youtube. I like that each rack has two sets of mounting hardware included, I guess in case you mess up on the first try. I like the plain black color a lot, I like that they are not mounted on a HUGE piece of wood which seems to be typical these days. They are unobtrusive and functional. ... show more

The hooks themselves are nice, but the drywall fasteners are cheap and the black screw cover doesn't fit even affter pounding with a hammer. I removed the caps and if I can't find black screws to replace, I will touch up with black paint.

This rack fulfills the purpose I intended it to! It’s pretty sturdy, easy to hang, and a good size for my space. I wanted to keep my dog’s stuff somewhere but I don’t plan to hang heavy costs or bags on it. It came with all the parts needed to hang it.
