I would have given this a 5 star but the manual was lacking a little. There was a dial on the back that was not identified in the manual that was imperative to the operation of vacuum handpiece. Once all the plugs were plugged in this dial was very difficult to get to. It would be easier to adjust this dial during operation (now that I know what it does) if it was on the side of the machine.     • Parts not working then working parts stopped working 😩
The parts that did work worked great. Originally the vacuum was not working correctly, not too much a problem I didn’t get the machine for that anyway. Cavitation worked great but then randomly about a month into use the rf/red light stopped working. It would light red but would not emit any heat and when pressed to the body the light would go out. Thanks to ordering on Amazon I’m able to return/refund after the time passed for return. Once refunded I’ll order again and try a new machine. Hopefully just received a dud the first time. Both my husband and I were using this for post lipo treatment to help with uneveness. Like I said, was working until it wasn’t working. The machine is worth the price. I was paying around $500 for 7 sessions and I was only allowed to target one area. With a few uses, the machine has paid for itself. It came very well packaged and everything is easy to assemble. The vacuum machine really sucks up the fat, so you NEED TO USE an oil (not glycerine or ultrasound gel) or you will bruise! The lip pads have a thin film, so be sure to take that off before you use them. After each use, my legs are so firm which is awesome! I hope to continue getting the results...I follow a lady on tiktok as a guide for machine use since there really isn't much instruction for the machine, but other than that this was a great buy! ... show more

This machine does exactly what it says! I lost 3 inches in my stomach area and 2 in my waist after two weeks. I use it three times a week for 30 minutes. I have not used it on my face yet, but I have no doubt that it will help once I do. Great machine!

This specific one had majority great reviews, the manual gave a detailed description and purpose for each wand and paddles. The machine is easy to use even though I watched a few YouTube videos to get a visual on how the cavitation machine worked with the different body parts.     • Absolutely worth it
I cannot say enough with how impressed I've been with this. I used to go to salons and pay for all of this and started to see results in the first week. I absolutely love the ultrasound and rf handles. I also have had amazing results the last few a weeks from the vacuum for cellulite and then following with body Rf. The face rf handles I have seen massive changes in my frown lines and folds. I was about to get fillers/injections and literally don't even need to now. I have watched a lot of YouTube videos and recommend you do the same to learn not to over do it though. I want to do stuff everyday lol but you can't! So don't! Lol Highly recommend. I used to spend so much money for all these different treatments and it's so much better just buying the machine and making the payments to Amazon instead. *I will say the vacuum is very strong on the cellulite treatment. I used vitamin K cream + shae butter and took vitamin d&k gummies to help with the spots that bruise. (I have poor circulation sometimes.) ... show more
