  • Great sound quality. Easy installation.
I am very happy with this product. The price was very very good and honestly they probably could’ve charged more in my opinion. Like I said, the insulation was very easy not too many wires at all. If you were thinking, this is a completely wireless system. I’m sorry to say there are at least 22 connect the smaller speakers to the base. Everything is pretty much Bluetooth besides that. Truly sounds like I’m in my own home theater. Sounds so good at scared my niece(she’s 3) while we are watching Jurassic Park. ... show more

  • Subwoofer has to be wired to satellite speakers.
For those who are TLDR; I would buy it again for my needs, but it's not top end sound quality. I was expecting both louder and clearer sound from these - they distort rather quickly. Subwoofer volume and range adjustment is minimal, and there is not much difference between audio modes. I do have to use bluetooth for connectivity to main speaker, as I have a projection unit driving it all, and I wanted the sound "up front" instead of behind me and 7 feet in the air. It works pretty well for its price, and there has yet to be any "delay" issues, so if you need an inexpensive sound system for a projection configuration, it's a decent choice. Pros: It REMEMBERS that it is configured for Bluetooth and reconnects without having to press any buttons. It remembers its volume level, so I can still control volume via projection inputs, instead of messing around with a third remote in the dark. Subwoofer does its job, and would probably work better if "behind" the couch, instead of alongside it. Cons: Distorts at high volume (over 75) good for movies and Spotify, but not an audiophile's "go to" system. Initial setup was problematic at first when it came to getting BT to stay in BT mode, but I was able to connect each time after a few restarts. ... show more

  • Sounds great, but set-up was a hassle.
HDMI port was dead from the second I set it up. Now have to wait for a warranty replacement. Update: a replacement was overnighted to me and it is also defective. The culprit is this soundbar itself. It is not compatible with me Hisense fire tv. The hdmi eARC port works on the tv as I tested it with other devices, so it is the soundbar, not the TV. I am now returning the second unit for refund. Ultimea support was nasty and not helpful. The only option is to wait for their tech team to email me…..soon. So I initiated a return. You get what you pay for I guess. I would buy from somewhere else. Update: it now works! Ultimea tech support is email based but they did end up working hard to get this to work. The earc input is a bit finicky with my hisense tv, so beware of that. For me audio output needs to be on passthrough for audio to work correctly. Also if making any changes to audio settings unplug and replug the HDMI cable after changing any audio settings. Right now it works well and sounds amazing! Update Update: now works using HDMI and passthrough. I will say the support is top notch, and they are very helpful. ... show more

  • Don’t buy this sound bar!! Didn’t even last two months
The connection was simple and the sound is pretty good for $170. Lacks options to adjust settings and the bass leaves more to be desired. They are a step up from my tv speakers and I’m on a budget so they will suffice. Hopefully they hold up over time. I’d be happy to get a year or two out of them. Update: Downgraded to 3 stars after a couple months of use. Losses sync with picture resulting in a sound delay. This happens if I’m using for long periods of time. Overall the quality of this sound system isn’t great. I’d rather have purchased a better system for a couple hundred more. Update 2: After two months the rear speaker is starting to break. Something is wrong with the connection. I have emailed the company through their website and will update my rating if they remedy the issue. These speakers were affordable but that doesn’t mean they should stop working properly after 2 months. My best advice is not to buy this soundbar. Save your money and buy from a reputable company with better quality control. * Customer service reached out and wanted me to buy a new cable myself to test out issues with rear speaker. Final Update: Now won’t connect to my Xbox as Dolby Atmos or Dolby digital. Only works under stereo setting. Probably the worst electronic I’ve ever purchased… ... show more

  • Amazing sound for the price
The media could not be loaded. Amazing sound for the price. It’s not Bose, JBL or Harmon quality but it’s good enough for my medium-sized living room. The soundbar is the perfect size for cart-style TV stands with a small rack. Other soundbars are ridiculously oversized. The bass is clean and not overpowering. Note the rear speakers are not true wireless and they have cables to connect to the bass, which is wireless. However, for the best sound you’ll probably want the bass behind your couch, along with the rear speakers, so this design is fine with me. This does process Atmos signals, but I needed a high-speed HDMI 2.1 cable to get it working with my Samsung TV’s eARC port. The included cable is not 2.1, so be aware. Also note, it’s not true Atmos sound as there are no up-firing speakers. The Bluetooth is quick and snappy to connect, sounds very clean. I also tested the optical out, which sounds just as good as the eARC, but it won’t support Atmos. Overall very happy with this purchase. Looking forward to seeing how this company grows. ... show more
