Virginia from Kosmetik Karnival was the most helpful person ever!! The address that my eyeliner was shipped to had a major water main break and the packages were being rerouted. I reached out to Kosmetik Karnival to inform them that the package may get sent back to them. Virginia responded to my email and was just so pleasant and helpful. She even took the time to look at a news video regarding the flood that I had sent to her! She worked with me and offered a refund when I couldn't find the package but I held out and eventually found the package! I would buy anything from Kosmetik Karnival so long as Virginia is there because she really takes the time to care for her customers! Thank you so much!! Also, the eyeliner is amazing! A very good eyeliner to use. Very black, very smooth, feels just like a gel eyeliner, and stays on just like it, too. I fall asleep with this on, and when i wake up, it's still on! (Aside from a few night time smudges). The only thing that sucks is maintaining it. If you want a thin line, you have to keep sharpening it and waste a lot of product. It sticks to the sharpener when you sharpen it because it's so thick. So if you so happen to get a little dot of those shavings on you, good luck getting it off! You'll go to wipe it off, and it will smudge everywhere! It's on your hands, it's on your clothes, it's on the walls.. you'll go to your kitchen 3 hours later, and it's all over the refrigerator. Your life is overcome with black gel eyeliner.. your first born child will come out smudged in the eyeliner probably. And if you don't see the little shaving you accidently got on you and then touch your face.... just cancel all your plans for the rest of the day because you'll be trying to find anything in the house strong enough to wipe it off clean. You go to wipe it, and it doesn't come off, it just moves. It spreads and muliplies... like, how the heck did one little dot turn into that?? Soap kind of works, shampoo maybe.. lysol? I dont know. But that's all because of its staying power. Put it on perfectly and you're fine. ... show more

I’ve been wearing black eyeliner for over 20 years and it’s always tricky finding something that will last the whole workday. I apply it to my inner lid (and use a separate gel with fine stiff brush for the top). The natural tears always ends up washing away liner from the corner of my eye and it gets frustrating constantly reapplying it. This is probably the only product that actually stays out of the hundreds I have tried. It has to be the pencil form. I know sharpening can be a pain but this one is worth it. I was nervous buying the product on Amazon that it might be an old product (hard and unusable)- but nope, it’s in perfect shape! If you are looking for something that will stay on your inner lower lid, this is it, hands down! Trust me, I’ve tried A LOT! ... show more

I was looking for a liner with a little more precision---which this liner does not have. But it does glide on smoothly without pulling on the delicate skin around the eye. It might be perfect for someone looking for a thicker line.

I love this eyeliner! I always used liquid eyeliner because the pencil eyeliner hurt my eyes to apply. Now that I've found gel eyeliners, they are all I use! This goes on smooth and it feels great. It doesn't smudge unless of course I rub my eyes or something. It is one of the first eyeliners I have found that actually lasts ALL day and I don't need to re-apply. ... show more
