Ive bought various gift cards from Amazon and they were fine EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE! I bought this Ulta gift card because I didn't want to go inside the store. Just like you see in recent reviews from VARIOUS people that they had the same issue. The backing looked like someone tore that up in a shredder and looked tampered with. Presentation was not what I wanted to give to the receiver and let alone...who knew if it had money on it anymore. I tried to check through balance on ulta's website and had a error. I went back to amazon to talk to someone but the prompt gave me a instant refund. Seems like a lot of suspicious things going on at Amazon. ... show more
