The gift card packaging came all ripped up. This was supposed to be a gift. As other reviewers have mentioned, I can’t even trust that there is a balance on this card. The purchase is technically non refundable but I contacted Amazon Customer Service and their AI helper instantly refunded the purchase so I am grateful for that. I hope Amazon looks in to the very obvious issue happening here and does something to resolve it. ... show more
