This giftcard arrives with the back cardboard torn open, exposing the barcode. I had seen this in other reviews but I was hoping it wasn’t the case. There is a statement under that piece of cardboard that tells you not to purchase it if the cardboard has been torn. I’m really surprised Amazon sells a product like this. The front of the gift card states that the value is a range from $15-$500, so I’m not sure if they need to open the barcode in order to load the $25 onto the card as advertised. Either way, it does not make a nice gift. I did have to scratch the pin in order to call and verify the value, and I will still give it to the recipient, but it’s a bit embarrassing. ... show more
