Initially when installing, I was missing a few screws so I was unable to hang the rods. I contacted customer support and emailed back and forth with an incredibly nice and helpful person who sent me an entire garment rack free of charge because I was missing like 3 screws. I was able to buy some screws and washers at Lowe's and make use of the garment rack too!
