Should I Buy It?

If you are in need of a device with a long battery life, unique features, and aren't overly concerned about carrier compatibility or using your phone in bright outdoor conditions, this phone could be a great value for you. However, if dependable Bluetooth connectivity and uncompromised durability are top priorities, you might want to consider other options.

  • Heavy duty phone but amazing.
I want to start talking about the battery life, I have used the phone for 4 days without charging it and with Bluetooth on (we all know that Bluetooth on uses more battery) giving it an average use, calls, messages, music and some videos, and at the end of the fourth day I still have 30% battery!! it's amazing!! I have the Mint Mobile service that uses the TMobile network, I had no problem activating it, the operating system is very efficient, the phone does not freeze, and with the internal memory of 8 gigabytes, all the applications work very well, they do not get slow . I am not an expert in the matter of the camera but it seems to me that the photos and videos are very clear. This is not an ordinary phone as it has countless functions, FM radio without the need for headphones, distance meter, compass, noise meter, wind meter, endoscope adapter, body camera adapter, you can use the phone to charge another device either wirelessly or wired and several more functions. The price is very good for what you get. The customer service of this seller is incredible, the day I received my phone they were already in contact with me to make sure that my phone had not suffered any damage along the way and to guide me in the activation if I needed it, also when I have had any question I send them an email and they always answer me very kindly and with enough knowledge to answer any questions, this seller is highly recommended. I have just over 2 months with this phone and no failures so far, the phone is heavy but heavy duty, I'm so used to it, if one day I have to change it I'll definitely do it for another Ulefone Rugged Smartphone. ... show more

  • phone won't cut out on you. Charges fast
This is my second Ulefone I had a an Armor 7e. Before and one thing I have to say is the sensitivity on this phone was fixed.fingerprint reader is accurate. Not over sentive. . The phone is bigger. Screen size is bigger than my echo and battery life is crazy I charge it for maybe an hour twice a week with heavy use. Buying the phone I had an issue with the carabin for the phone case. I reached out to customer service and they were prompt and as efficient as the phone. I am hoping that down the line software upgrades will bring the expansion sd capabilities to 2tb but since they don't exist. 1 tb for now is enough. Highly recommend if you want a sturdy well built phone that you can use and not always on the charger. Feels like something is in your hand. ... show more

  • It has its pros and cons.
I love the quality of the images, I hate how the cameras are really bad about zooming and it takes a lot longer to focus on close things than it should be. It's ability to take clear images despite poor lighting is really impressive. It's Bluetooth is absolutely awful. Frequently, and I mean sometimes as much as five times in 10 minutes, the Bluetooth will disconnect and then reconnect within a second or two. And I know it's not the Bluetooth devices because I have used lots of different speakers and headphones and it's always happening with everything. It's incredibly annoying. I can attest to its durability though. I have dropped this several times and not even a scratch has happened. Though I will say, the extra glass that comes with the phone developed a single sliver of a crack for absolutely no reason without being dropped. I have no idea how that could even have happened. Let I not understate how absolutely huge the battery is. And I mean huge. I tend to leave my phone on Bluetooth all day long and I don't mean an 8 hour work day. I mean all DAY long. Think 12+hours. Not once has the battery percentage lowered any more than the 60s. The only way to get it lower than that is to play a game on it. There is a setting on this phone called dura-speed. And it took me far too long to figure out what it is and what it has been doing. For the longest time, I wasn't getting any notifications from anything outside of a text message. It wasn't until I opened an app that I saw what I needed to see. And it wasn't happening nearly fast enough. This setting, called dura-speed, is found at the bottom of the settings of the phone. It stopped all apps from notifying me or using any battery when it isn't open. I appreciate it, but at the same time it drove me insane because there are some things I need to see when it is there. But now that I know it's there I was able to fix it and the notifications show up when they should now. Last thing, this phone is huge. And heavy. I don't think you understand what it means when I say huge. The kind of sacrifices and creative adjustments you will have to make. I had to search high and low to find something that could hold it on a gooseneck. Wish me luck on dashboard mounts and bike handle mounts, because it has been fruitless thus far. No purse pocket or jean pocket is sized right to hold this. You have to know what you're getting into. You have no idea. ... show more

  • not compatible with most carriers
Bought as an unlocked phone to use on a Verizon service. Verizon said it wasn't compatible with their service. Attempted to switch to AT&T, again not compatible. Attempted to switch to Spectrum, again not compatible. This phone also has NO back button or tabs button. Was on CL app looking at a vehicle, when trying to swipe away it would just continue to rotate pictures or close the app completely. When reopening the app it would return to the pictures, with no way to get back to the list. Amazon did refund the purchase price. It is big enough & heavy enough to use as a boat anchor (appears to be all it's worth). ... show more

  • best phone I've ever had
phone is a chonker - it's heavy, but a very solid product, so it's not heavy in a bad way. handling my old phone feels weird now. this phone is really good for developing wrist muscles. wireless charging is great, havent used the wired charger port and do not intend to do so as usb-c ports are weak to strain. camera is pretty good, default resolution is 8000x8000 pixels. satisfied with the purchase. ... show more
