The only thing I don't like about this product is the angle in the arms when attached. Instead of being straight when attached, they are slanted. Don't matter what I do, it's never straight. It's not a big deal but it makes moving items on my desk necessary to use, which again isn't a big deal but a minor inconvenience to move each time. I have a mini level to ensure my camera is always straight so that helps balance out the arm's angle. I would recommend this to beginning streamers and content makers. I've been looking for a good and reasonably priced top-down camera arm for a few years now. This one finally came up in my searches and I bought it. It's well-made, easy to put together and easy to use. I used to take some photos of various objects on my desk and it was a stable platform for that. The arm didn't move unnecessarily, so it was easy to take photos that were reliably consistent, even across multiple products. If you're looking for a good solution for taking flat top-down photos, or even ones at a consistent angle, this is a really good option. Better than others, but still sags under SLR weight with a 1.4 lens. Not even fully extended, but sags quite a bit. Keeping it, as it's something you can adjust around. Just seemed like this would be better than others. It's really not.

product is good as is, but if you need more parts for like my set up it very difficult to order parts. I need two more arms and one more pole but cant find a place to order more stuff. I even tried to contact company direct with no luck. Bummer cause this could really work for me
