Unless I’m completely missing something, this does not fit the 2023 Costco Graco DLX 4-in-1 car seat. The video is super hard to watch from the phone as it’s a very small print. A YouTube link would be helpful to watch it on the big screen. I finally got everything on but the last panel that goes over the cupholders simply does not fit. I love the design. Very cute. Soft comfy cotton material. Comes in 3 pieces. Fits perfect on my graco4ever. Easy to put on and easy to remove. I haven't tried washing it yet. Great value for the money.
