This watch is beautiful pictures don't do it justice my husband loves this watch I bought it for Christmas present and now his strap on the watch is broke.. it looks dry rotted... I contacted the company they replied right away and was kind and helpful unfortunately we couldn't get a strap for this watch but I am able to buy a different strap I'll update when that strap comes in and I put it on the watch.. ... show more

I was told no refund since it was over 30 days ago delivered. My son was away for annual training for the Army and only returned 4 days ago. I opened it and was absolutely embarrassed to give him such a cheap made product. The picture when purchasing it doesn't say that the inscribed saying on the back is not legible !! EMBARASSED will not be giving it to him. I'll have to order elsewhere for a watch that is what it depicts in the description, unlike this product. Very unacceptable to give as a gift to my son!!!! ***Update to my review. ****I wanted to say that the seller of this product refunded my money in a timely manner.
