The media could not be loaded. Thos was much thinner than what I seen in the reviews. Soft, but not full as I intended. I curled the hair with my wand and it lasted all of 5 minutes. I attempted to dip the hair to get curls and it did not do well. If you dont want the natural curl then this hair isnt it. Update Because I wasn't satisfied with my hair this company offered to fix the issue by sending me a replace or compensate me. This hair is really good. It’s so soft and naturally has a nice curl pattern. I installed it and didn’t have to curl it right away. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the longer lengths. The media could not be loaded. This hair was really good. I purchased an 18” bundle to add some additional fullness to the hair I already had installed from another vendor from Amazon. However, the fullness of the bundle received was not apparent all the way to the ends of the bundle so this is the reason for the 4 stars. Outside of this, the hair took really well to heat. I own a chi flat iron so there is no choosing a specific temperature and I had no issues. I washed and air dried it prior to putting it in and the wave held up okay. There was no smell to the hair and it didn’t smell after washing or flat ironing it. It also held the curl really well from the flat iron. It is a natural black/brown color so if your hair is natural dark brown, this will blend with no issue. (My video has no sound as I was talking about something else and don’t mind my eyebrows lol) Update- I truly do appreciate the seller of this product. They contacted me in effort to make things right but I declined as there isn’t anything to correct 😊. The hair itself is a really good hair and other than the fullness not continuing all the way through (which I completely understand and am well aware that the longer the hair, it is bound to lose some fullness towards the ends). I had no issues when it came to smell, washing, and styling. It also held up really well with the other bundles I had installed already. This bundle made a total of 4 bundles in my head. In the end, I am still happy with my purchase and if I choose to do another install, I’d be happy to shop with this company again. K. ... show more

I loved how fast these bundles got to me. I used them to add to my wig to make it fuller. I wanted big hair. It holds curls very well and it’s very soft. Doesn’t have a bad smell and it hasn’t shedded bad since I installed. Definitely will purchase again in the future.
