I already own one and also bought an extra charger for mine so I have multiple locations I can charge. My mother's charger quit working. One of the pins was not springing back. I opened a return directly with ember at their website. They promptly responded. Asked for serial numbers and photos of the charger and mug. They then replaced the charger free of charge under warranty. They were professional. They honored everything. I highly recommend this mug. It is awesome. I can control the temperature of my coffee or tea and be portable along with keeping it hot longer. It works very good with tea. It is good with coffee as long as you don't set the temperature too high. You can cook coffee like the office coffee pot. But this review is meant to make sure everyone knows the customer service is also there with the quality product. Now I am buying one for my wife. ... show more

I tried hers a couple times, and was surprised how much I enjoyed a perfectly warm cup of coffee for the whole cup without having to rush. Works perfectly keeping beverage hot. Nice sturdy mug My only downside was it was a gift and the smallest mug. Not manufacturers fault. Constantly refilling. Can’t put in microwave which would make sense but I foam my creamer and prefer to use microwave to warm it. Must use second mug to heat the creamer. Otherwise it’s terrific ... show more

My daughter-in-law had this on her Christmas wish list last year and although it was a little pricey, I bought this is her big gift. She uses this almost every single day and it’s been a game changer for her. She was always one that was having to heat up her coffee two and three times when it got cold because as a mom with three boys, she is always busy and losing track of time.
