My sister and I share a small room, and she needed more closest space. So, I bought this portable closet and it's the best thing that's ever happened to our room. I build it in the living room because I wanted to have a lot space and afterwards we just moved it against a wall in our room. It does look bigger in person than in the online pics, but it didn't take up too much space. It's honestly so convenient because you can also use it as storage if you need to and you can customize it how you like. Advice for assembling: - Count the parts before assembling! It's pretty simple to build when you follow the instructions, but some of the pieces look very similar. So, counting them out will help you differentiate between all the pieces. Hint: The longer pieces are used for the foundation. I didn't realize this until the end and had to go all the way back to redo it. - When it gets to the part where you wrap the black cloth around the bottom, there are holes in the cloth you can use to make it easier. I didn't notice at first and ended up watching a youtube tutorial to see how to do it - It's pretty easy to assemble; just follow the directions and watch some youtube videos if you need a better visual reference. Reminder: - This closet does not come with hangers or bins. We bought the hangers and bins you see in the picture from Walmart and it worked perfectly with the closet. We've had the closet for about 3 weeks now and it's still standing! It has great durability (granted- we don't put a ton of heavy things on the bottom), but it was definitely what we needed! ... show more

This product can’t hold anything. The plastic elbows and connections that they show you are so flimsy they snap and I’m not in a warm hot dry area. It’s absolutely not a sturdy or viable way of storing your clothes. You better off buying a metal one and just shoving a sheet over it because this was a waste of money. ... show more

Bought this product in december and its already falling apart. May be fine as a single person unit, but for 2 (me and my husbands clothes) it does not hold up very long. Poles are very flimsy and bend easy, and collapse under weight. It is huge, which is amazing, with lots of storage if keeping light weight items. For the most part its also easy to assemble, but the poles will bend and struggle to fit into the plastic bits holding them together. Overall a fine closet but doesnt withstand the test of time. ... show more

I was so excited to get this and build it so that I had the extra space for things.First, after 3 hours of trying to figure out how it went together correctly and why it wasn't adding up right I realized I got shorted 4 bars and tried to get ahold of their customer service and still have never gotten a reply and it's been months upon months. Second, this has literally fallen over so many times and almost all the plastic pieces have literally broken and I tried to hot glue them back together to try and be able to use them and unfortunately only worked for a short period of time even after anchoring to the wall to help it from tipping . I hardly had anything on it so it's sad because I was super excited for the extra little storage. The only great thing about it was that I LOVED that it had the full cover that zipped up to keep dust and anything from getting your clothes dirty . I now currently can only use 4 squares from the entire thing and had to get rid of the rest, I gave up trying to solve and fix it all. I hate to give a bad review but it sucks I couldn't get it to work. Amazon's customer service is who you have to go thru to tell what's wrong since the company didn't reply. ... show more

I really had no expectation when I purchased this, I saw the black metal bars and the extensive setup and thought that this thing would fall apart in the first months. It has absolutely blown me away. Now that it is fully assembled, I can lift it up and over my head and spinning around and not a single thing holding it together will move!
