I explained the situation and she was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to diagnosis the problem and Tylza, with hesitating, offered to replace my unit. The units came in perfect condition and are VERY quiet. FAAR quieter than any refrigerator i have ever had. Setup was super easy. You will have to play around to get the correct temperature. The built in thermostat currently shows 40 but the internal temp is between 43 and 47. I asked customer service about it and they were quick to answer that the fluxuation was normal. After a recent move, my wife and I vowed to get a larger wine cooler so our overflow wouldn't be shoved into cabinets, etc. This unit seems to have fit the bill, and it is full from top to bottom. I have a lot of bottles that may not be quite pinot-sized, but they have a significantly larger diameter than a cab bottle. I didn't have any problem fitting them into the drawers, although they may rub slightly as the drawers are opened and closed. The temperature display has also been pretty consistent -- from a couple of degrees above to a couple of degrees below the set temperature. I would think this is normal as holding a very specific temperature would increase the costs of running the cooler significantly. So far, I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more

We purchased this wine fridge to replace a VinoTemp we had for 8 years. It was delivered quickly, but the box was damaged and one leg was broken (this is a shipping issue and no reflection on the fridge itself). The company’s customer service was very responsive and sent out the replacement legs immediately. They even added a year of warranty because of a dent in the back of the fridge. Product arrived on time and without any physical damage. Turned product on for 24hr before putting any wine in. Loaded it with 110 bottles today and it's slowly getting back to the set temperature of 55 degrees. Like other wine refrigerators it was better to put the Pinot and larger bottles in the top and bottom areas. Very happy so far!! ... show more

Update: I contacted the manufacture, and they responded quickly. Here is their explanation for the fluctuation. Why our wine cooler will have temperature fluctuation, because we use compressor energy-saving technology, when the temperature you set, the compressor will stop working, and you can also hear the sound of the compressor will stop working, the temperature inside the refrigerator is constant. When the temperature inside the refrigerator rises to 1-5 degrees, the compressor will start working again, and you can hear the sound of the compressor starting. The energy used is only 210 kWh per year. So this temperature fluctuation is normal. They offer me extra year warranty. I change my rating to 5 stars. -------------------------------------------------------- I set temperature at 55 first, but temperature fluctuated between 52 to 58. I tried to set temperature at 50. Then, it goes up and down between 48 to 51. It never keep the temperature at where I set. This is not acceptable. I would like the manufacture to come and fix the issue. ... show more

My item had minor damage from handling which didn't affect the function. Two feet arrived bent and broken. Customer service quickly shipped two replacements and followed up repeatedly to ensure I received them and the fridge was working well.
