This was the best price I found for this item! Scent is floral with a hint of theClinique Wrappings or Aromatics Elixir scent of High Maintenance. I have a top loading washer and use 2 or 3 capfuls in a large load. For me, it works best to let the washer fill with water, then add this detergent, and then the clothes. Ive heard so much about this stuff so I decided to buy the mini bottle to try it out. It definitely was not the scent I was expecting and wasn’t sure if I was going to like it. I used it with a scent less laundry pod and only used a little of the diva wash until I decided if I liked it. I washed my favorite blanket first. I actually really like it. I think I will continue to use a free and clear laundry pod and just a little of the diva wash because I like the scent but want just a subtle hint of it and not an overpowering scent. Yeah I got suckered into buying this because I am obsessed about making sure my apartment smells good. Expensive - yeah. But like many have said a little goes a long way. I use in my laundry to freshen the clothes, towels, sheets with my regular detergent. Also after vacuuming my rugs, I dampen a towel and put this on it. Then rub all over my rugs and let them dry. A nice refresher for area rugs that are hard to clean. I have also done the same to my furniture with the damp towel and a LITTLE of this. Used a little with my swiffer wet jet to clean laminate floors. Just about anything you can think of to smell better. I guess I should buy a spray bottle and dilute with water and this stuff to freshen the rugs and fabric. Probably will do my car as well. I ordered the floral scent but was sent the diva. I kept hearing about this detergent, so I finally decided that 2023 would be the year I would actually try all the things I hear the most hype about; this was at the top of my list. I took the recommendations of some other reviewers and added a cap (the cap it came with--so very tiny) of this detergent to an unscented detergent just to get the scent. Just as others mentioned, as the washing machine was going, my whole downstairs smelled like the detergent! It's almost a masculine scent--unusual--but very pleasant. Everyone likes it. Because of the price, I'm sticking to a tiny splash per load (and I won't use it for every load). It's nice for towels, and my husband said he could smell it at work when I washed his jeans with it! ... show more
