The media could not be loaded. I had one laser engraver earlier which I used for a while, the issue I had is that I have to run that in my garage while I do all the design in my office. Every time I have to print something I have to copy that to a PC attached to The laser and then start it. Anyone coming from a 3D Printing background will have this as an issue. This laser is an absolute solution to the issue. I can design things in my office export them to gcode, copy the gcode in sd card and run the laser out of the code. I also can use the dlc32 mobile app or the web interface to start the framing and printing. I also have bought MKS TS35 touch screen for this laser and will put it after I make a case for Screen. That will make this laser completely offline. Print quality-wise, It has accurate power to cut through the 3mm birch in < 5 passes. The resolution is also great to print a fine line. Packaged perfectly, and everything was very easy to assemble. Wiring was very tidy and everything included to make this look clean and professional. All the software was also included with instructions to set everything up and setting profiles to import. I only started playing with this but already importing my own photographs for engraving. I still have to learn the software, but the test projects show it's capabilities right off the start. I am already in love with this! ... show more

It worked great for one or two engravings then it started falling off even after cleaning the lens it never had enough power to engrave clearly . And it’s real slow the first one I did took 14 hours and it wasn’t that big at all . The instructions doesn’t tell u anything helpful now only having it two months I can’t connect to it anymore and when I do the laser moves but the light won’t come on anymore . It works long enough to get past your 30 day warranty ... show more

My first time laser printing. Unfortunately the print quality was no where near what my expectations were. The first pass of the laser gives off a not so good digital print. In order to "feel" the laser etching I needed to give it about 8 passes. I could now feel the etching but that took about 24 mins and the edges of the print still look digitized. ... show more
