I was skeptical buying a full mattress online. I have bought toppers and have had to return before is the reason. The mattress was packed tightly in a bag inside of a box. No it didn't fly open like a rocket when I cut the plastic. It unrolled nicely on the bed frame where I left it for 24 hours. There was no odor to it at all. The mattress plumped up nicely and perfectly. The comfort level I would say is probably a 8 or 9 out of 10. It does have a little bouncyness to it. I'm only 150 lbs but I was bouncing also. The sides when you sit on them do go down more than I would like but it is bareable. I have back and shoulder problems and it was okay. I did end up buying a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper which made the bed absolutely incredible. All and all if you want an inexpensive mattress that is medium firm this is a good buy. If you want an incredible medium/soft mattress add the $100 and get a 3 inch gel topper. ... show more

I bought this 12” full size mattress for my guest bedroom. It was well made. A little firm but very comfortable. Great price. My husband and I have been looking for a good quality king sized mattress for a couple of years now but the prices were too hard to swallow on the ones we were looking at. After it came in my husband and I decided to try it to see how comfortable it was. Our old mattress needed replacing badly. We slept on it for about 8-10 days. Then we slept on our old mattress for another night. There was such a difference in the comfort of the new mattress that we ordered a 14” king sized mattress for our bed the very next morning! We slept on the new full size mattress in the guest bedroom until our new king mattress came in and got setup. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks now and love it as well. I would recommend these to anyone for the price and comfort. They are a little firm which my husband wanted but I wasn’t so sure about but both mattresses are great. This bed is a really good option and at that price, you really cannot beat it. I decided to try it after finding a review on YouTube. My guy is 6'3 215 lb and is very happy with this. It's bouncy and supportive like a spring mattress. He has memory foam tops already so it is comfy with those. I recommend that you purchase a memory foam top as well as it wasn't as plush as I would personally like on top without it. ... show more

I got it for my daughter in an emergency and it is a good mattress for the price however on the edges when you sit on them or lean on them, they pushed down very easily. It is comfortable. She does like it, but I do want to get a nice mattress topper and eventually I will get a new mattress but it’s definitely worth it for the money and it’s definitely still a nice mattress She’s happy with it for now but it’s only five months old.
