Probably my favorite purchase of my adult life lol I've been sleeping on the same 20+ year old mattress since college and it has been doing a number on my back, but I've been hesitant to buy a new mattress because what if it's uncomfortable after costing me an arm and a leg? Thanks to the price of this mattress I was finally willing to throw out the old dinosaur. I couldn't believe this thing (I got a queen) fit in such a slim box and even though instructions were included, I didn't pay attention. Big mistake. When I released the mattress from its vacuum seal it unfolded with enough force it almost took my head off. Totally my fault and I got a good laugh out of it. Seriously though please be careful. I let the mattress sit for three days so it could puff up, but from the get-go it already felt plenty firm. I was concerned that the corners and sides would be a little too soft and flat, but I haven't had that issue. I also took someone's advice and put cardboard boxes on my frame to fill in the gaps and give it more support. Went a little extra and also got a fluffy mattress topper and now, after a week of sleeping on this mattress, I am in love. It's perfectly firm, but not too much. I'm already no longer waking up with lower back pain. Honestly I have nothing but good things to say about this mattress. It feels fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I'm so relieved I didn't have to shell out a couple grand for a mattress. The real question is how long it will last, but with the price I won't care if I have to replace it every couple of years, it will still be saving me money in the long run. Also of note, the box it arrived in was nearly destroyed in transit. Come on UPS get it together. It looked like the box had been tossed down a couple hills. I was freaking out that my mattress was damaged, but inside it was packaged so well that I found not a single tear or sign of damage. Oh my goodness, this bed is so comfortable and well made. I bought it to replace the cheap bed in our RV, and after laying on it, I am going to buy one for our bedroom. It is medium to firm. I highly recommend this bed.

The media could not be loaded. To be honest, it is fun doing the wine glass trick. It is not perfect but it does provide a good deal of support. Recommend getting the 10"-12" mattress if you sleep on your side. We got the 8" mattress and it was good for back sleeping and watching tv in bed. ^_^

*** update again 2 months later. I received communication from the seller and they were so polite and kind with my concerns. Because it’s still in the same shape as in the pics, they issued me a partial refund which is unexpected and nice of them. There was no way I could return the mattress myself. The mattress is very comfortable. It’s just doesn’t look okay. But that’s okay. We are all different ***update almost two weeks later, it’s still sagging. No way can I return this. It’s unfortunate because it was a lot. I’m actually really upset. As soon as I got this, I unwrapped it to let it poof up. The end looks smashed so I thought it would poof up in time and it looks worse. I am disabled and there is no way I can get this returned. ... show more
