Normally when I would weed vinyl I would keep a ball of weeded material around, but that does not always work so well. This tool is great and fast. I can weed small details in half the time. The best part is the vinyl does not stick to the scrap collector so I can empty it out very easily.

This thing is surprisingly helpful. Wouldn't realize it until you get it but it's really nice not having tiny bits of sticky vinyl all over everything. Super easy to use and just move around without worrying about tipping and spilling everything.

Very cute, and I love the "unicorn" color! It does work pretty well, but with one caveat: I cannot get it to stay in place! I've made sure to push it down on a smooth service so that it's as stuck as it's gonna get. It slides around no matter what I do. If you tape it down with something like painter's tape (so you can remove it when you're done), then it would be fine. It didn't come with instructions on how to empty it, so I just did the best I could. When using heat transfer vinyl, I had a difficult time clearing all the small pieces out of it. Adhesive vinyl might be a little easier, but I found the htv stuck to it quite a bit. ... show more

I like to do my project weeding on the couch but it got so annoying to have to worry about little bits of clingy project paper laying on my table or bunched up (plus my cats then want to get into the trash bundle I created on the table!). This is a great addition so I can run the weeding tool over the slits and the iron-on and vinyl come write off and into the basin there.
