I did something to my ankle/foot 3 months ago. I have no idea what, just had a lot of pain and swelling. I work on my feet, so it has been a rather miserable time. I did everything. Nothing worked. I tried other stuff that was supposed to remove inflammation, took some out but not much. Then I found this. It is not the best tasting stuff I have ever swallowed, but it isn't the worst. I mix it with a couple ounces of water and down it. In 2 days I can see my ankle bone again and my foot is stiff, but no pain until after several hours. 2 freaking days. Yep. This product is amazingly spectacular. Someone reviewed this product saying it tasted "porky". I'm here to say that it doesn't taste porky at all. It tastes exactly like it's name - Tumeric and Ginger with more of the emphasis on ginger. The taste is super strong but nothing I couldn't stomach, or I feel that anyone couldn't stomach. When I consumed it, I felt like I was taking in quality ingredients and my body felt the positive effects of it from the very first time serving. I am so pleased with this product, so much that I signed up for monthly delivery. I don't want to be without it! I loved all the items so much that I'll be getting all 6 of them on a monthly basis! I like the fact that it does help with my pain. The only thing I hate is the taste which is gross. I put it in my coffee with creamer to disguise the taste. I will continue using.

I sooo wanted to like this, but it smells and taste like fish. They put Omega oil in it and I assume it's from fish oil, hence the smell and taste. It also makes me burp stinky fish taste/smell. *UPDATE: Since my review, the company offered me a full refund and has been kind and professional. I have complete confidence in the brand and the general principle of the liposomal turmeric. I chose this formula because it doesn't have black pepper - I have a sensitive belly. That said, the flavor and texture are nearly unbearable. I actually gagged the first time I took it. I've started mixing it into lemon ginger kombucha to make it more palatable and cut through the disgusting viscous texture, but it's still...a lot. I don't know if I will make it through the whole bottle. If you are not sensitive to texture and can hold your nose through the earthy flavor, it will be fine for you. But for me...this is not the best choice ... show more
