This product isn't for everyone cause we are all different. I have been taking this product for over two years and it works for me. I only take one capsule a day becuase that works for me. Try and if it helps continue, if not stop. Pain in my thumb stopped so I continued to take it. My doctor wanted to give me a cortisone shot but said try this first, so I did. No shot, only relief.
