I used them paint names and designs on basic felt stockings. I used stencils for the first letter and those did worse than my freehanding the rest of the letters and designs. I drew with a Sharpie and went over it in paint. Overall they were easy to use. I had a hard time doing the tiny snowflakes. Also it takes a few hours to dry, so be careful where your hands lay if you're doing a lot. I waited until the next day to outline in black. I'm very happy with how the colors pop. ... show more

I love this fabric Paint! But the bottles are very Small and I don't think this product should be $8 but I used it to paint some squishes and they work so well! These were easy to use, we made tic tac toe bags for the firehouse Xmas block party. They were a hit. Love the colors and the dimensional paint worked as stated. Takes 4 hours to dry but worth the wait.

I painted a denim jacket using these paints. I liked how the colors are vibrant and I don’t need to paint them over a white base or anything like that. I didn’t like that I couldnt use a brush with these though. Everytime I tried to use a brush, the paint would just smear and lose its color (it looked as if I had used a watercolor instead of regular paint), and doing intricate designs directly from the bottle was kind of difficult. But, for the price, these paints were pretty good! I’d recommend these for projects that don’t require too much cleanliness or perfect detail. ... show more

These worked amazingly well! I used a tutorial for using freezer paper to make custom stencils, and then used a sponge brush to apply the paint. The ones that turned out best look professionally done or near professionally done, and even the ones that weren't as well done still look pretty good. The black paint is the best; white goes on dark colors well but you have to apply several coats and it can get messy. I am very pleased with the results and the paint has stayed firmly in place over several washes. ... show more

I bought these for writing names on felt Christmas stockings, and it worked great! Bright colors, precision tip for writing, and I didn't get any blobs of paint. If you use the white paint on a dark colored felt, you probably need to go over it again after it dries, because it seems to soak in a little. But it's not that hard to go over it again, and it really pops against the dark background. ... show more

    • Made preschooler grippy socks, very fine tip
I used these paints to make multi-colored grippy socks for my preschooler aged son as he was going to play at a socks-required play gym. He now loves them so much he requests them everyday. I made zig zag designs all over the bottoms. The tips are very fine, a person could make quite elaborate designs with them. Tips: Pre-wash your socks, of course, if they are new out of the packet. I used an empty toilet paper tube on the inside of each sock to stretch the sock bottom out so that I could apply the paint onto the sock at a more natural length and left it in while each sock dried. They take about 48 hours to dry, and are a bit chemical smelly, so I put them up on a shelf in my garage for two days to dry. They wash well, I wash and dry them inside out. ... show more
