So far so good. Just got it yesterday, so I can’t give it 5 stars just yet. I like how easy it is to apply the balms; no mess, not sticky, doesn’t feel caked on my skin. It leaves my under eye area feeling hydrated and the cooling sensation is great! They don’t have a scent, at least not strong enough that I can tell. I like that these eye balms are smooth and moist. They are hydrating and leave a light sparkling. The blue and rose ones have a cooling effect. I find them to be odorless.

I threw it out as quickly as possible to get it out of my house… It was nasty. Black mold on the foam. They are refusing to refund my money. I bought this with realistic expectations after reading the reviews. When you apply it to your under eye area it does immediately give you an amazing cold, cooling almost tingly feeling. It feels amazing. Your under eye area will start to crave this relief. Magical. It also smells amazing. Beachy, uplifting. While the cooling feeling/affect is wonderful, I have yet to see any real changes in my eye area as far as what the product is supposed to do. I have been using it for about three months. No significant changes to note. Again. It feels amazing in your skin. If you are just looking for some “relief” and a pick me up for your under eye area, this is it, especially if you like the beach vibe/smell. I like the convenience and the texture. I did become sensitive to the balm and it left a dry patch below my brow. I had to use Clobetasol to make the patch go away. I love how easy it is to use and how well it blends under moisturizer and my skin tint. I use the white stick every night.
