I bought this with realistic expectations after reading the reviews. When you apply it to your under eye area it does immediately give you an amazing cold, cooling almost tingly feeling. It feels amazing. Your under eye area will start to crave this relief. Magical. It also smells amazing. Beachy, uplifting. While the cooling feeling/affect is wonderful, I have yet to see any real changes in my eye area as far as what the product is supposed to do. I have been using it for about three months. No significant changes to note. Again. It feels amazing in your skin. If you are just looking for some “relief” and a pick me up for your under eye area, this is it, especially if you like the beach vibe/smell. If you are looking for improvement in the appearance of your under eye/eye area in general as far as lines, wrinkles, crows feet; I would pass on this product and spend your money elsewhere. ... show more

Review of the Product (How it Works) — Despite the three-star review, I actually really like this product. After about one minute of application, your under-eye begins to tingle. You can feel your skin tightening and blood rushing to the area, diminishing the appearance of dark circles and puffiness. This effect wears off quickly and feels like normal. It applies nicely underneath makeup - no under-eye creases. HOWEVER— MISSING PRODUCT As you can see from the photos I have attached, the outer appearance of the product appears to be normal and unused. However, this is not the case. 1/4 or $8 worth of the product was missing when it arrived. You can see in the last photo that it was previously shipped to someone else before it was sent to me. It appears as if someone took a tool to scrape out a decent portion of the product in the middle section. It appears as a "new" product when opened. This is unacceptable and the company, along with their customers, should be aware! I will be returning this product and requesting a new one, given the price. ** I am not the only one with this damaged product, as there are several other reviewers with photos expressing a similar issue! ** ... show more
