While we only received 3 of the 4 boxes originally, the seller informed me immediately after my inquiry that the final box was on its way…it was, it arrived the next day in perfect condition. The chairs are beautiful…I love the color, and although we didn’t need the chair lift for the price I thought we aren’t young and who knows when we will need it! The fact that there are 2 separate motors also impressed me. I couldn’t be happier with all the extras, heat and vibration. So easy to put together, the first one took me about 1/2 hour including the electrical components and I’m no electrician…lol. The second chair was up and running in less than 15 minutes. Seller, your immediate response to my inquiry about the missing box put me at ease and truly let me know I was working with a company that wants to do the right thing, even after hours during the Christmas holidays! This genuine leather chair is a very good deal. I bought two for my wife and me. The wife suffers from severe back and joint pain. I bought her a recliner last Christmas and it just went to the dump as it became so uncomfortable due to lack of padding and failing frame. Received delivery today and assembly was easy. We are pleased so far with padding, nice leather, and reclining functions. I'm a big guy and surprised how roomy this chair actually is. Wife likes the massage and heat features for the aches and pains. The seat and frame appears to be solidly built. It is also fairly heavy so you may need help with that part. This was shipped FedEx in 2 large boxes and arrived in good condition. I'm hopeful they will remain solid and comfy. The price thru Amazon including shipping is fantastic. I'll follow up this first review in the future after some time and usage. Go get you one! ... show more
