I was hesitant on choosing a new brand of bulk cable but TrueCable had the availability to meet my timeline. Their CAT6 cable was easy to terminate and install and run through the attic space. However I did get a few kinks when pulling it out of the box. The cable was flexible enough to maneuver into tight areas with out damaging the integrity. It’s not just that this cable is fantastic. It is easy to terminate, and just feels very high-quality compared to a lot of cat6. But additionally, they’ve done a great job with the packaging. The box is very sturdy so it’s not going to come apart and the cable pulls easily out of the box so you don’t have to come back and check on it regularly. I am certainly no networking professional, and I have very little ability with electronics, but I have a better than average understanding of computeres. We recently combined several townhouses, to make one large house ,and we needed a way to get a good internet signal throughout 6500 square feet, so while the contractors worked on opening up the walls and combining the townhouses, I used this cable to do 4 runs from my router to Ubiquiti Wi-Fi antennas (which are great by the way). I taught myself how to put the ends on the CAT-6 cable (see, I'm such an amateur, I don't even know what they're called) and, using this cable, I managed to create an excellent wi-fi signal through the entire, fairly large, house. While I am not a pro, I did rely on the many pros that have posted reviews about the many, many different types of CAT6 cable available, which led me to this particular cable. It's certainly not the cheaperst, but it's also not the most expensiver, and it suited my purposes perfectly (as evidenced by a household full of wifi usesrs that, so far, have no complaints). ... show more

First time running Ethernet through your the house and glad I went with this company. They have how to videos and made it a breeze, even for a complete beginner. Just wish they had cat 7 on smaller spools than 1000 ft for riser.

This cable worked out extremely well. I had some runs that were 200' and the video was great. The cable pulled out of the box easily with no kinks and is marked every 2' with the length remaining in the box so you always know how much is left.
