  • Excellent quality, easy to apply!
Size: Front Side Windows Only
Let me start by saying this is only the second time I've ever installed window tint on front windows of a vehicle. My last attempt was with much cheaper quality film that I had to still end up trimming and manipulating to get it to conform.. this was not the case with this pre-cut tint, it fit like a charm and the precision blade knife stayed in the toolbox! [LOOKS]: As you can see in the picture, the tint matches the factory tint on the rear windows perfectly. I purchased 35% and it's not too dark, it's legal, and is a nice shaded black/gray. Passenger side had not yet been tinted so you can see the before/after shading difference though the windshield. [QUALITY]: As stated, it was pre-cut to perfection! The film itself did not crinkle up leaving creases even though there were a couple of moments when it should have when installing. Even using a semi-ridgid body-filler squeegy did not scratch it when working all the bubbles out. Compared to the previous brand I used, this is 100x better. [INSTALL]: Went much smoother than my last experience. Partly because I knew what to expect, but this tint is a lot more forgiving than I had used before, allowing more room for error correction. I'll post how I applied the tint, I'm not a professional so I'm only sharing because it worked flawless for me (with the exception of my neighbors greasy fingers, see below): A well-lit & dust-free controlled environment is best. Completely remove the door trim panels but try to leave your window switches connected as you want to be able to roll you windows up and down still. Prepare a solution by using a few drops of tear-free baby shampoo in a spray bottle of filtered water. Source a squeegee.. I used a body-filler putty knife that was soft-but-somewhat rigid. A pack of 3 different sizes was only a few dollars at an auto store. I also made use of the head of a silicone spatula from the kitchen. Wash your hands as best as you can. Remove the interior door panel trim (removal of a few Phillip's head screws, and a little light prying will get them off). Clean windows inside and out with a lint-free cloth or coffee filters and your mixed up "solution" Now roll down your windows about 1/4" so you have access to the top ridge of the glass. Clean this portion of your glass and the weather seals around the window. Separate the film with two pieces of tape in the corner to get it started, spray the OUTSIDE of the window with solution, stick the back of the tint (non-adhesive side) to the soaked outside glass and remove the clear film while spraying the adhesive side of the tint keeping it soaked at all times. Spray down the inside of the glass and apply the wet tint. Center it the best you can and try to leave at least 1/16" of gap between the top of the glass so that the tint doesn't get bubbled up and ruined when the windows are put up in the future. Start working the solution with your squeegee. Look closely, because some bubbles are hard to see. Once you have all the solution and bubbles worked out, gently roll the window up and keep them rolled up for at least 24-48 hours to be sure the tint has adequate time to dry and seal. I usually place painters tape over the window controls to keep myself from accidentally rolling them down. Be sure if you ask someone for a helping hand, that their hands are clean! My only complaint is about my neighbor that decided to come over and ask for a tool for his lawn mower spark plug.. I asked him to hold the exposed tint I had just sprayed with solution at the edges without thinking about his dirty hands and he placed his oily fingers right in the center so I have a permanent hand print in my window! ... show more

  • Amazing so far
Size: Full Kit (All Side and Back Windows)
Im a girl (I know that doesnt matter at all but still it shows anyone can do it haha) who has never put tint on a car before and it came out amazing! it looks like a pro did it. All I used was a spray bottle with baby shampoo and water and a couple bondo cards to push the water from the tint and it worked perfect. I did use a heat gun on the outside of the window after I was done to make sure it was completely dry. Just make sure you relax and watch plenty of YouTube videos of professionals showing you how to do it so your confident you know what to do and you should be fine. I took a picture buts it's raining outside right now so it may not be the best but just take my word for it that it's perfect. Having the tint precut saved so much time and hassle so I'm glad I decided to buy this instead of just buying tint and cutting it myself. Now let's just hope it holds up for awhile because I cant answer that right now because its only been 3 days since I did it so if it doesnt I will update. Btw i used 5% tint in case anyone is wondering. ... show more

  • Hire a professional to install
Size: Full Kit (All Side and Back Windows)
Leave install to the pro's for window film. Unless you have patience and experience do not attempt to self install. Lesson learned. Product was fine. Installer was a rookie ....You do not want rookie looking window tint... I am that rookie....

  • Install HELL
Size: Front Side Windows Only
GOOD: The color of the tint was really nice, not purple or green or brown. Its the right gray. Precut sounds dope Cheap BAD: Install is a damn joke Precut is with like 3 or more inches of excess in my case Customer service (I will update if they reply) Trying to remove tint from precut sheet is really hard too (You might be able to tape the excess down then use other two hands to pull it apart) Basically it wants to roll back up while you are peeling it off and has a high chance of taring the actual tint Install video they have is awful Quality is not there 35% looks like 45% to me, it was obviously lighter then the stock tint in the back What I got Basic front tint only - 35% Okay, here is the story. I did about 2 hours of watching pro tint installs, bought a simple install kit. When the tint got here I was very confident. I mixed a drop or two of dish soap in water in a spray bottle and mixed well. Got the tint off (though it had a crease from removing from protective film) NOT IMPRESSED! Sprayed the tint and the clean window (only touched the tint with sprayed wet hands. Slapped it on the window (rolled down an inch or two) lined up the long top edge, kept spraying and adjusting the tint. Soon the tint was setting in, used a squeegee to get the liquid and bubbles out spreading away from center, hit the upper edge with squeegee again rolled up the window, then dealt with the excess by cutting with a new razor because I cannot tuck 3" of material. I got the edges all tucked in but the bottom was an absolute struggle, I made a good cut and tucked the excess with some excessive tucking but it looks as good as possible. I even punctured some of the bubbles and pushed all the air out that way. UGH this product pisses me off. Alright sweet I will line the driver side up better. Started on the passenger side in case it went sideways. Driver starts way better and I got it lined up so well I only had to trim the bottom as there was no way to tuck this 4" of excess. Here is where I messed up. I trimmed the driver side before I rolled the window up and now its short. So I was pissed. The first time I rolled the window down it took part of the tint with it. and bubbled for good. I sent them an email for a refund as this is total BS. I just expect to be able to install this without messy bubbles but then I find out there is no amount of squeegeeing you can do to fix this stuff. ALSO there was a pet hair or something that attached to the good side. CONCLUSION If you really don't give a crap and had a couple hours to install maybe in a garage with all the tools and skills of a pro tinter then you can get by with tiny bubbles and bits of lint or hair under your tint, this is your JAM!!! if you are expecting to ever be able to do a pro install... dream on, this crap wont cut it. Looks like a wish.com tint XD For me I have to leave a negative review as it met none of my expectations, so I am out the money and the time. I am sure I will get some hate on this review and I realize I hosed one side, as I made a simple mistake. But that other side was really outside my control. So hate away review police! UPDATE - August 2021 They did not give me a discount or refund or another try so I ended up making two more orders to get the film installed right. I was only about $20 away from just paying a pro to do it and it’s STILL not perfect. I priced a local tint shop to do my two fronts and it was only like $99 they would have gotten more stars if they worked with me but they did nothing for me so 1 star will stay. ... show more

  • Very nice results
Size: Front Side Windows Only
Fits my 2017 Tahoe front windows perfectly. The shapes were pre-cut just as needed. I did the work alone but could have used an extra set of hands. I applied 20% which matches my back windows. If you goof up, the price is so affordable, who cares? Get another.
