Bought this several months ago and it's holding up great. We used to have a piece of plywood on the seat with a soft hammock over it but this works so much better and it's easy to switch between vehicles. The full size truck one is quite large and fits perfectly in the back seat of a F150 SuperCrew Cab. Two good sized dogs and no wear and tear or sagging yet. Not sure how well it would work with a person in the backseat with a dog. You would have to unbuckle the seat cover from the headrests and would lose that support. But for just the dogs it works great. ... show more

I have 5 bigger Frenchies (30 -40 lbs) that I need to transport in my 2022 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab. The hammocks I had without support did not give them enough room. This one with the integral supports solves it, and makes the space very comfortable for the pack. It seems well made, but not so well designed. 1. The straps that support the front of the cover are spaced way to close together, and cannot go around both headrest supports. The issue with this is that the front straps do not support the weight of dogs on cover straight down, causing a bit of flex and lack of stability, and I fear will lead to failure of the straps or stitching over time. 2. The hardware on the straps is poorly placed, and a bit hard to use. First, they made the connectors of the headrest straps meet so that you have to fight to connect them around the headrest posts - other brands make one side very short so it is easy to clip and unclip (see photos). Second, the strap retainers require a bit effort to loosen or tighten, and greatly slows down installation and removal. 3. The air vent are is cute shaped like a bone, but the area could be wider. My vents blow into the solid part and not the mesh. It is worth the purchase, and a vast improvement on other covers - I just hope the company sees this and makes these minor adjustments, and I would certainly buy again. ... show more

This back seat extender has a very sturdy bottom and was so easy to install. My very large German Shepard was the most comfortable she’s ever been during the car ride. I realized that with her previous car seat that did not have a seat extender, she’d whimper during the car ride. We thought this was from her excitement, but I realized when we were in a friend’s car with an even smaller seat, it’s just bc she did not feel supported. I also like that the sides are hooked up on the handle hooks so it actually prevents her from trying to step up or lean on the arm rests, and it also prevents her from leaning too far out the window (bonus points bc less slobber on my windows while up). Very happy with this purchase and will probably get another for my husband’s car! ... show more
