  • Works like it's supposed to.
The cord is about twice as thick as d-loop material. It DID fit through the hole in my Spot Hogg Whipper Snapper, however. Just barely. I had to melt the end and smoosh it to a point with the base of the lighter. The upside is that it is super strong. I have no concerns about it ever breaking. The connection to the wrist strap is also very secure. With the ends of the cord melted like on a D-loop, there's no way it could come out, even if the screws loosened up a lot. If you twist the cord like I did before you put it in the mounting bracket, it stays twisted. Makes for a very neat connection. Doesn't get in the way at all on the draw or when at anchor. Overall, I am very pleased. No more worries about losing my release in the woods! ... show more

  • Safe way to use a hand release.
I bought this to use with my new hand release. It keep my release in the correct position in my fingers and will prevent the hand release from pulling out of my hand. Works great, very happy with it.

  • Very nice
Very well-made and high quality release strap Only drawback is the cord is short and barely reaches the release in my hand

  • Couldnt be more pleased with this for varied applications like HEAVY HAMMERSPRINGS!
I read, on youtube, a guy suggesting a trigger assist for some high powered PCPs in big bore. they have extremely rigid Hammersprings to produce the numbers they do, however, you also need to cope with pain if you have had a lopng life of hard manual labor. You can NOT cause more pain to your prehensile grip(thumbs) and use your forearm to pull back a HUGE BigBore PCP Rifle HS. and I would also say, due to its Hex lock tensioners, i would PROBABLY be able to hang my arm out of a tree, at 185lbs. no joke. i wont try it ONLY because i LOVE IT and use DAILY with specific PCPs that are very damaging to longterm fisheries/manual labor issues... decades. i couldnt have thought of a better FIX for guys who cast a lot of lead and shoot a lot, to utilize a HEAVY hammerspring after ten hours of hand casting the world's heaviest mmetal... this ASSIST is a major HELP. I suggest putting some BRIGHT tape on in your shooting/range/hunt bag, and maybe buy two if you shoot ambidetrious like myself. ... show more

  • Did its job
Nice to hold thumb releases on this.

  • Functions just as it should
Does great job, the cord is thin and stiff enough to get through the little holes in the hand releases.. But strong enough to trust.
