    • I like that the cane folds up and is more compact.
I already have a cane that does not fold. I really like the folding cane. It takes up less space in my car. The four feet are small so they will not cause you to trip over them. The cane pivots at a joint near the base to allow the four feet to make full contact with the ground at all times. I took off a star because I wish the handle was padded. It has a small grip and is hard plastic. I will probably try to find a slip on pad as I like this cane better than my non-foldable cane. It is well designed with a good but simple locking system and is height adjustable. This cane is a keeper. Almost forgot, it stands by itself, so you do not have to find a place to lean it against to not have it laying on the ground. ... show more

I am heading in for knee surgery so I needed this for my recovery. I like how easy it is to open up from the bag and adjust to my 5’3” frame. My DH has a cane I was going to use, but it always falls over, despite having a three-legged base. This one is great - the four legs keep it standing even on carpets. The only downside is that the grip, while nicely contoured, is hard as a rock. If I need to use it for an extended period, I’ll be adding a foam grip. ... show more

The very first thing that impressed me was how compact this is. It can be folded over for easy storage. It is so easy to assemble just pull and insert into other piece, screw it securely then see what height you need to adjust the push pin. I love the safety wrist strap also. I recently have some foot issues and find it tough to hobble around sometimes and was looking for not just a standard cane but something with a more solid base. I keep seeing people put tennis balls and felt why can't they make a better base that fans out so you have better grip and balance on the ground. I saw this cane with 4 rubber feet on the bottom and had to try it out. After I adjusted the height I was able to use it right away. I could brace my weight n walking better. I worry less how I am putting down the cane because of the 4 feet. The handle is easy to grip and the safety strap keeps the handle closeby. It is lightweight but very sturdy. I have been needing one of these for a while with all my heel or feet or ankle issues and this cane really helps me get around when those pains flare up. ... show more
