I really enjoyed this coffee as a cold brew. I did a super powder fine grind and stirred it into some room temp water, then put it in the fridge over night. Poured it into my pour-over (with a filter), and added a little foo-foo creamer for a great iced coffee.

Really great product, not too strong and the beans are super fresh smelling. I use them in a cold brew machine after I grind them and it tastes amazing. Not to mention as a bonus it’s a veteran owned and ran company by a bunch of truly great people.
