Fresh and wonderfully fragrant; the color is gorgeous and gives great flavor to baked goods and teas. It's a really good amount for the price, it filled a full half gallon jar and another pint packed.

I purchased this edible lavender to make a lavender blackberry cake. When I first opened the package a got a very beautiful strong scent of lavender. The package holds a lot too! It’s going to last a very long time. It was so wonderful but honestly, I thought maybe it would be way too strong for a cake. One slightly negative note is that it isn't as vibrant a purple as some I've seen, so if that is something you need maybe take that into consideration.
