I love these! I have a very weak grip strength causing me to not be able to lift as much as my arms can lift. These help so much with that! I can reach my full potential with any kind of lifting: barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, etc. It also helps if you have sweaty hands or get calluses, or even if you like to wear a ring while exercising. I also have arthritis in my wrists which has always kept me from doing certain exercises like lifting barbells. The wrist straps definitely help with this, keeping my wrist stable, supported, and less likely to bend. I would definitely recommend these for women, they fit great (I have average sized hands), are very comfortable, and have improved my workouts immensely. ... show more

Good gloves so far. They are comfortable and the size was good for my hands. Felt slightly small at first, but after use the fit got better in my opinion or I just got used to it.
