The resistance band looks like it is well put together. I have just received it, so I haven't used it yet, but it looks like it will work well with my workouts. I wish it had some instructions as to what to do with the door anchor that was included, but I will do some research and figure it out. Anyway, it took awhile to get the item, but that was not TRIBE's fault. By the way, their customer service is outstanding. I communicated with them about the delivery of this item several times, and even though they had no control over when it would be delivered, they tried to help and got back to me very quickly when I asked them a question. I was not sure of what resistance to start with as I do a lot of yoga and am mixing in some strength training. Got the 15 lb and it seems like it was a good place to start, although I feel I will go up to 20 lb in a short time. When I got the email from Tribe to register and clicked on print and found I was printing a manual, would have printed page one and then printed the rest to a PDF if I had realized that.
