I wanted a tree for Valentine's this year, and after sorting through many online- I chose this particular one! It's pre-lit, which was a must. 4ft, so not too small and not overwhelmingly large. I love that the stand and power cable are all red- just like the tree! Red-on-red-on-red! Like all faux trees, you will need to fluff out the branches, and as you do it becomea more full. I hope it lasts for years to come, and I will purchase more from this seller. They ship instantly too- bonus! ... show more

I purchased an apple red 4 ft tree on 12/05/21 & it was delivered 12/10/21. The tree was in the box and nothing else. No fuses, no extra lights, no booklet or paper. Nothing. The tree did not light up. Some of the clear clasps that hold the white lights on were missing. An assumption was that I received someone else's return. I tried everything to get the tree to light up and nothing worked. I called Amazon on 12/12 and was informed that the seller would be notified, and a new tree would be FedEx'ed to me the following day. On 12/13, I received an email from Treetopia, "We're glad to hear that you received your order and our apologies that there's a missing part or accessory..." I responded the same day regarding the tree lights not working, etc. Later that day, I sent an email listing ways to "trouble shoot": 1. Make sure the lights are plugged in correctly according to your treeโ€™s assembly guide. 2. Ensure that unlit strand(s) or section(s) are fully plugged into other strands and/or extension cords. 3. Check the foot pedal and have the lights turn on. 4. Try plugging the individual section to a wall outlet. I was also informed that I would in face not be receiving a new tree delivered, and that lights and fuses were being shipped to me. I received the lights/fuses on 12/18 (they were sent via mail, not UPS or FedEx.) GUESS WHAT?! After messing with every light and fuse the tree still does not light up. It was smaller in height as well as fullness, was not worth the money spent
