  • Fancy Contact Paper. 😂
Size: 6x196.92 Inch (Pack of 1)
This works great! I like that it’s able to be cut to any size. It sticks well, yet not TOO well that it doesn’t remove easily.)** I prefer using this instead of tape or Band-Aids for that reason alone — it’s wonderful for sensitive areas of the skin. I’ve experienced no adverse reactions to the adhesive. It holds up well in the shower but, sometimes, NOT through excessive body heat over the course of the day. (**I’ve noticed that it’ll melt to/stick to the skin and somewhat disintegrate — making it difficult to remove later. Rubbing alcohol seems to break-up the adhesive and help it to detach from the skin at that point.) I DO find it cumbersome to un-peel and apply, though. Unless you have good eyesight, lots of patience and a longer fingernail to use in separating the plastic/vinyl layers, it’s nearly impossible to get to the flimsy, ‘sticky’ layer! It DOES take lots of practice to get the hang of and I would suggest practicing with this stuff BEFORE its usage becomes necessary around a wound. For even somewhat difficult-to-reach areas, another pair of hands are highly recommended. As it is my first time ever using this stuff (and my first few applications bombed) and there were no clear directions included with the roll, I asked fellow Amazon shoppers to offer some guidance… Basically, ‘trial-and-error’ and ‘patience/practice’ were the responses I received. However, the best advice offered was to remove the white layer FIRST, apply the adhesive side to the wound or bandage, THEN peel-off the clear layer. That tip alone made it so much easier to do! UPDATE : I have finally gotten the hang of this stuff and must say: it works great and is so versatile! I only used it as a full bandage cover for about a week. After that, I cut off 2” strips and then cut those in half. I used the smaller pieces to secure each side of my padded wound cover (made my own band-aid). They had enough ‘sticky’ to keep the gauze pad secured for over 24 hours. Unlike adhesive bandages and medical tape, this caused no adverse skin reactions on my sensitive skin. (Oftentimes, I’d wind up with a WORSE condition than the one I was covering if I used those things.) Because of its versatility, I will be buying different sizes to keep in my first-aid kits! Suggestion, though: don’t do as I did and trim ALL of your fingernails short! While you’re needing to use this film, keep at least ONE peeling fingernail longer for easier application. ... show more

  • If you wear a continuous glucose monitor, this is the only adhesive you'll need!
Size: 4x393.8 Inch (Pack of 1)
Don't waste your money on those expensive stickers they try to sell you. All you need to do is cut a strip about an inch wider than your monitor, cut a hole just a smidge larger than the monitor, and place over the adhesive strip that comes with it. The tape will come up around the edges as your week progresses, but your monitor will stay in place. As a matter of fact, the adhesive on this tape, on top of the strip it comes with, will create a bond that is a tad harder to remove. That's ok when you think about how long that tape will stick to your arm, thereby saving you money and the headaches. ... show more

  • Works great
Size: 6x196.92 Inch (Pack of 1)
Works perfect to cover a 4 x 4 piece of gauze and it stays as long as you want it to and it is waterproof. Keeps the bandage dry. Feels like an extra piece of skin.

  • Good but not perfect
Size: 4x393.8 Inch (Pack of 1)
This is good if you’re not super active, it’s not hot etc. My family uses these to cover a 7 day pain patch as well as a small 3 day nickel sized patch. Started buying this to cover the 7 day patch when it would fall off early, especially during the summer. User of 7 day is active adult but no gym etc. In the summer, the waterproof patch needs to be replaced at least once if swimming or out in heat for more than 1 hr. In the cooler months, holds up OK. User of 3 day patch is an active teenager. Falls off more frequently, especially if sweat is involved. At 3 hour practice the other day, it fell off multiple times. Very disappointing (not just b/c waterproof patch falls off but don’t manufacturers of patch consider this? Most people don’t live in Alaska.) ... show more

  • Beats Tegaderm hands down!
Size: 4x393.8 Inch (Pack of 1)
Unfortunately, we have quite a bit of experience with these types of dressings due to more than one major surgery over the last year. This dressing is in every way identical to Tegaderm except for 2 things... 1) price. It's waayyy cheaper. And 2) the backing is actually more easier to manage (once you figure it out) than the silly Tegaderm backing design. ... show more

  • Didn't work for the beach.
Size: 4x393.8 Inch (Pack of 1)
I probably pushed the limits on this product. I got knee surgery 3 weeks before I went to the beach. I was dying to get into the ocean, although I recommended not to spend more than 20 minutes in the water to prevent infection. I thought this product could help. I meticulously covered my (already waterproof) bandages with this stuff. I was really wrapped up. It's difficult to see in the photo since the product is clear. I sat on the sand letting the waves gently wash over my legs. The ocean water got under product. My white bandages (tegaderm) kept my stitches clean and dry. So, not really worth it in my opinion. ... show more

I have a wound and this works great for that coverage and when you shower, it keeps it dry.
