I purchased this waist trimmer/sauna belt to take my fitness journey to the next level. I have a sauna vest that I used but I wanted something tighter. I really love that this waist trimmer has the extra velcro belt so you can tighten the waist trimmer as tight or as loose as you want it. I like it so much better than a waist trainer that only has only the loop closure or just one velcro strap. The boning within the trimmer is sturdy and I feel so much taller and supported when I wear it. I am 155 lbs and on a weight loss journey so I purchased a size small. I probably should have gotten a medium because I am not yet fully able to get all the way on to the velcro and can feel it scratching at parts of my skin. This is not an issue due to the product but more because I purchased a size too small. I was trying to avoid purchasing another one in the future and really wanted a tight fit. This is my second pair of waist trainer I ordered through Amazon. The first one was almost $40 and I end up sending it back 3 days later because it started to rip and you can see the "steel" bone coming out poking my back. And then I saw this one. I was a bit hesitant just because of the other product. I read positive and negative comments. And after reading it through, I decided to give it a try. I'm 5'2 150lbs but most of my weight is in my stomach area. I would usually wear L/XL but I ordered Medium. It came right on time and right away, I tried it on. I'm happy with this purchase. The quality is so much better than my 1st one, the price is cheaper, sizing is perfect and it definitely snugs your mid & lower section. My 1st and 2nd day, it's a bit tight and made me feel nauseous some part of the day. But today is my 3rd day wearing it on for almost 9 hours now and it feels comfortable. If you're feeling nauseous like me, take it off and take a break. Put it back on once you're feeling better. ... show more

    • Favorite I’ve tried, but a little short.

I’ve tried several different trainers over the years, and this is the only one that is comfortable enough to wear all day… work, gym, martial arts, I can wear it for all of that and hardly be bothered by it. It’s tight, but super easy to move around in and 100 times easier to put on than the others I’ve had. It’s a little awkward to drive in, but if I didn’t drive stick it might not be so noticeable. My only real complaint is that it’s too short for me. It doesn’t even reach up to my bra line, so I’m unable to target both my entire belly and my under-breast fat. I have a very long torso, so this probably wouldn’t be an issue for everyone, and I will still continue to use this one for everyday use unless I find a longer one that’s as comfortable. Sizing was a little larger than expected… I normally wear a large or sometimes medium in shirts, 8 pants, 160lbs 5’5 (but unfortunately long torso) I got the medium at first, but exchanged for a small. The small is quite a bit tighter in the loosest than the medium in the tightest, but I didn’t have too much trouble putting it on laying down. Medium was very comfortable, but I didn’t feel like it was going to be as effective, so it just depends on what you’re looking for. ... show more

I just got mine today and tried it on and o absolutely loved it. It snatches my waist and makes me look so curvy. I'm kinda small, 5'4", size 28 waist and 138 lbs. I'm very straight, even when my core is toned, and it hasn't been toned as of late so I needed something to not feel so discouraged about my self-image. This does it. Also, I bought a small and it fit snugly, with enough velcro still left for when I need to wrap it tighter in the future. The only reason I took off 1 star is that I have t worn it yet to see if it wear comfortably, or worked out in it to see. I'll probably come back and do another review. ... show more

So comfort wise its pretty much there. The hooks on the inside could cause some irritaion from constantly rubbing but i alway wear a tank top underneath it i feel like the sides over stretch some when i went to wrap it around myself but over all it does get the job done and helped me train my waist more and helped build up a sweat. ... show more
