Bought this on my hubby's account, my name is Maria and I bought three different waist trainers on Amazon, this Pro Series Sweet Sweat wasit trimmer, the regular Sweet Sweat Waist Trimmer, and the Venuzor Wasit Trimmer. My sister in law had bought the regular Sweet Sweat Waist trimmer so I wanted to feel & see the difference between that one the pro series, and a completely different brand(Venuzor) I was mainly searching for a Wasit trimmer to wear during workouts to increase the amount of sweat around my abdomen area. Note all 3 of these waist trimmers are not meant for wearing under clothes to flatten the tummy,. They have seams and thickness that will show through clothes. These are meant to be worn during work outs or doing hard labor work to increase sweat. That being said, ultimately I decided to keep the Pro Series Sweet Sweat. The main difference between the pro and the regular is that the Pro is the exact same thing as the regular but with an extra Velcro strap for added support. The double Velcro was the biggest plus for me and why I chose this one. I'm heavy set at 190lbs, 38 inch in waist, and the extra strap added more support without sacrificing mobility. I'm able to do house cleaning, yard work, and HIIT workouts and have the band remain perfectly in place while I sweat hardcore and keep my posture and back protected. This band intensifies how much I sweat during my workouts, there's literally a puddle of sweat when I take it off which is super gross but super satisfying at the same time! It really helps me get the most out of my workouts. It's also very comfortable so that I'm able to do all the exercises and it stays put at the same time. I love the neoprene material inside because even though you feel hot from the intense workout it gets and the heat under the belly it's not uncomfortable whatsoever because it's not fabric. The material also make it super easy to wipe off & repel sweat and maintain cleanliness without having my sweat soak into the material. That was the biggest downfall of the Venuzor waist trimmer is the inside was just regular fabric and it did not feel comfortable like neoprene does. It felt like it would get really hot and uncomfortable during working out that I would only be focused on the band instead of my workout and that all my sweat would soak into the material. For my purchse of the Pro Series, I was also able to get a free jar of the sweet sweat workout enhancer gel with a voucher that came in the bag. I just ordered it through the link on the voucher and I can't wait to try it! I can't say if it's always like this with the pro series waist trimmer but the regular Sweet Sweat comes with a mesh baggie for transport & washing plus a free sample puch of that workout enhancer gel. That's probably the only downside of the Pro Series, for the price, I wish it also uncluded a mesh baggie but it's not a big deal at all. Ok so let me be real! I am struggling with my Mommy Tummy Bad. And I have back fat. Most shapers/waist trainers/trimmers do not fit me properly, terribly uncomfortable and I get cuts/scratch’s on my back fat. It can be extremely uncomfortable! But Babeee! I have worn this waist trainer over the past week and it’s been great! Lost of room, very secure, fits very snug but not too tight! It’s also adjustable and durable! I’ve worked out in it and did household chores in it with the Sweet Sweat body gel and I worked up a generous sweat on my stomach! I will continue to use their product because they work great! I hope I loose weight had have to buy a smaller size! I’m very happy with this product! Lastly, I thought the products were a little pricy. But it has been well worth it! ... show more

When I first saw this product, I was like, I have to have it. Previously I had a sweet belt, which fell apart recently, a cheaper one. However, I decided to invest in another on, which is this current product. When I tried it on, it fit well. When I tried it out at the gym it supported my body and fit well. And I may add, it makes you sweat a lot on your belly area, of course more if you use a workout enhancer like myself. Update: I have lost inches on my waistline so it fits different, I have found myself having to adjust frequently throughout my workout, however it’s no big deal, help me sweat a lot. ... show more

I have another version of the Sweat band and this one provides a lot more support than the other one with the pink outline. i have a short upper torso and the xs-s size fits me perfectly.
