This photo was taken at 7:30 AM East facing window with blinds behind the curtains. Some natural light seeps in but it’s unbelievable how much better I’m sleeping at night. I needed short but wide size blackout curtains and chose the sea teal color. Looks beautiful and I love that this brand had so many choices of sizes after long research on Amazon. It’s not totally blackout which I kinda guessed because of lighter color. Perfect for what I needed because my husband complains if he doesn’t know it’s morning time haha. So choose darker colors for darker room, people! It feels good to touch and I BEG YOU to iron or steam before you put it up! These are great curtains. Good quality and blackout properties is why I give it 5 stars. I really wanted the burnt orange as depicted in the photo, almost a rust color. These were more of a regular orange color so I’m returning. I have these in neutral and they are beautiful.

These curtains were exactly what I wanted. They block a lot of light and keep the room dark for sleeping. Not sure how they do on reflecting or retaining heat as I'm not sure how to measure that. It doesn't matter because they look great and are a nice quality. The only drawback to looks is that the creases take a LOOOONNNGGG time to fall out. I've sprayed them with wrinkle release, and they've been up about 3 months and still have creases. I guess I'm not too concerned about them since I'm not willing to take them down to iron or put them in the dryer. I would recommend these to anyone, and I actually bought 2 more sets for another room. ... show more
