I bought this shirt awhile ago. I am 5'6" and 120lbs and got a medium. I needed the medium because I have broad shoulders and need anything with sleeves to have more room before the shoulder seams. That being said, it didn't gape out from by body too much in the middle section. The built in bra works well and is comfy. Overall the shirt fit well and was super cute to wear. My only complaint about the shirt is that after a couple wears it got a little hole in the mesh by the armpit.
